The Service

Because My Roo works through text messaging, you can use the accessibility features built into your phone, such as screen readers, dictation and text size settings, to communicate with Roo. If you need a different way to complete intake or onboarding, such as by phone or with extra time, just ask and we will make reasonable accommodations.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of the experience rely on third-party tools, such as our form, scheduling and payment providers, Grok (the AI service Roo runs on), and the stores and delivery platforms Roo works with. We do not control the accessibility of those services, but we will help you find an alternative if one of them is a barrier.

Limitations

While we strive to make every part of the website accessible, some content or features may not yet be fully optimized. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve.
